Deliveries

We would like to inform you that we are working with our Parisian workshop to deliver to you within the announced deadlines on our various products. We have chosen the pre-order system in order to avoid stock and ethical consumption.
This choice may have an impact on production and therefore delivery times.
We apologize for any delay.

Future Simõé deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday.

Each delivery method is different and the time it will take for your little treasures to travel to you may vary depending on the method selected.

The delivery times that will be indicated to you during payment are indicative and we would like to point out that we are unfortunately not dependent on them.

You will receive a summary email of your order with details of the associated tracking following payment.

Standard Delivery: between 3 and 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Express Delivery: by Colissimo Express, DHL or UPS service within 48 hours.

Courier: in less than 5 hours in Paris and nearby Parisian suburbs. Please contact customer service before your purchase.
