  • Returns are permitted within 14 days of receipt of the package.
     You will receive an email confirming receipt of your shipment and processing of your refund.
  • Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of receipt of the package.
    Please contact our customer service to ensure the availability of your size and confirm your choice.

Please note, all returns or exchanges are subject to these conditions:

- Your jewelry must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn.

Any jewelry that has been worn or shows one or more signs of wear may be refused return or exchange.

- Your jewelry must be returned to us in its original pouch and box within 14 days of receipt.
