The pre-order

Our pre-order policy

Our first EXPLORATION collection has been available for pre-order since October 25th. Following the closing of the Christmas pre-order (November 24, 2021), we have decided to extend it for a few weeks.

It is important to understand that pre-ordering is a strong commitment but also a conscious marketing choice.
Pre-ordered products are subject to several production and delivery constraints.

Our pre-order is therefore extended with manufacturing times that vary between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the workload of our workshop.

However, we will only be able to send it when it is available, we want to be 100% transparent with you.

The pre-order is spread over three stages:

The purchase period
After choosing your little treasure, our delivery times are indicated to you under the " Pre-order " button before your purchase.

The production
Once your purchase is made, we send all your orders to our workshop to begin the production phase. It takes approximately 4 weeks of production minimum to be added to the pre-order period.
The production time may vary slightly depending on the amount of work in our workshop and especially the number of orders recorded during the pre-order month.

Delivery
Once production is complete, we receive all of your orders at the workshop and will ship them so that you can receive your jewelry as quickly as possible.

Why choose pre-order?

Pre-ordering allows us to avoid excess production of pieces and to avoid stock. It is also a question of ethics and marketing choices, we have chosen to produce only pieces that will find a place in a dressing room.
It is also a relationship of trust between Simõé and his future clients.

We chose this system in order to create a real link between the brand and our community, which we wish to involve in the production and design process of future pieces.

Pre-ordering also allows for a conscious purchase, without any compulsion. It is knowing how to differentiate between an uncontrolled desire and the real crush that we are looking for. It is therefore a strong commitment since you choose to pay in advance for a piece that we will receive later. The quantity of pieces produced depends on the number of orders placed, so you will have the opportunity to treat yourself to a rare and unique piece.

We want to promote innovative initiatives and encourage slow fashion in its momentum. During this pre-order, we will be able to communicate to you as much information as possible about our brand, the creation of the collection and its products.
